We are running Pastel Partner 2007 on a Citrix platform and all works OK except when we choose the Excel Add-Ins (Reporting Tools) the Hide zero lines option is missing. How do we get this option to appear?

Don't think it is Citrix related.
The solution described in the post at http://www.alchemex-forum.com/viewtopic ... ad7d2#p500 should sort out your missing Alchemex Add-In issue in Excel.

From the Start Menu - Navigate to your Alchemex shortcuts then select "Maintenance Utility"
Once launched, select the Tools / Register Alchemex Add-Ins from the "Maintenance Utility" Toolbar.
Now Launch Excel and you should find that your Add-Ins are back where they belong.

Thank you for your help. The problem is we are talking about Pastel Partner and Alchemex installs as BIC. How do you get this option under the Pastel menu options. Whilst on site I did try the administrator but there were no options there.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\BIComponents\PLMAINT.exe
